What is Heros.XYZ?

Heros.XYZ is membership club where for a small monthly membership subscription fee, you become part of the Athlete’s team, gaining access to exclusive content, experiences, digital products and rewards from their favourite Athletes.

Why can’t I view any Interactions from Athletes?

You’ll need to subscribe to a membership to the Athlete to view their interactions and content.

How much does it cost to join Heros.XYZ?

Signing up for a Heros.XYZ account is free! Each Athlete has up to 3 membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) where Fans can pay a monthly membership fee to gain access to exclusive interactions, rewards and more. Only the Bronze tier will be available during our Beta phase.

How many Athlete memberships can I have?

Unlimited! You can sign up to as many memberships as you like.

How can I pay for the monthly membership?

You’ll be able to add your preferred Payment Method (Card/PayPal) once you sign up for an account with Heros.XYZ and the membership fee will be charged on a monthly basis.

Can I cancel a membership?

Yes, you can cancel a membership to an Athlete at any time under your Profile Settings > Active Memberships.
